Our Cognition Groups work on increasing a client's self-awareness. Our goal is to help them learn more about themselves, so they can understand what they may be doing or saying that is giving others' uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. This insight leads to their ability to self-regulate with more success...positive results start here.

Our Communication Groups expand a client's social awareness improving their interactions with others. This increases their ability to put themselves in others' shoes, collaborate, problem solve, and much more in social situations. These communication skills help them have success with others...sometimes for the first time!

CONNECTION GROUPS
Finally, our Connection Groups, help clients who are more self and socially aware improve friendships, relationships, and/or work dynamics while enhancing their executive functioning skills for independent living. Life skills that were once difficult for them can now begin to be practiced in a community setting helping them to connect more to the world around them.
We have expanded our space! We now have amazing settings for both our younger and older clients!
